The Challenge

Planning a trip shouldn't feel like a second job. Most travelers drown in browser tabs, contradicting blog posts, and cookie-cutter itineraries that ignore how they actually like to travel. Trippix needed a platform that lets users either pick a destination or get surprised with one based on their personality, then generates a complete, personalized day-by-day itinerary in seconds.

Our Approach

We built a conversational questionnaire that extracts travel preferences like pace, vibe, budget, and interests. Users can select a destination or let the AI match them with one they'd never have found on their own. The generated itinerary includes a full budget overview, interactive maps, and the ability to swap activities to make each day exactly how you want it. We also integrated hotel booking through affiliate links and added PDF export and shareable trip links.

The Result

A fully functional AI travel platform with multiple planning modes. Users explore curated destinations, get personality-matched suggestions, and receive complete itineraries with budget breakdowns, hotel booking, PDF export, and shareable links. The platform launched with five flagship destinations and a growing collection.
